Luisa Jackson began singing in 1988, under the name of art by “Andrea Luna”. She attended the following courses and has achieved the following qualifications:  Speech and Diction, period of 3 years at the University of Music in Rome (Italy) Course for pop singer, period of 3 years at the University for Singer in Rome (Italy) Course for singers & songwriters, period of 12 years at the University of Music in Rome (Italy) Diploma in 1999. She speaks correctly three languages: English, french and Italian. Her favorite musical genres are R&B, Funky, Reggae, Dance, Blues, Soul, Swing, Rock and Pop. Among the important musical events in which she participated, can remember 1993, “Emergenza Rock”, with her 1° rock band named “Soul Wage”, in Rome; – 1995, winner of “Una Voce per l’Estate”, in Rome; – 1995, winner of “Una Voce per l’Inverno”, in Rome; – 1996, Ranked 30° in “Sanremo Giovani”, in Sanremo (Italy); – 2000, winner of “Momenti di Gloria” to imitate Michael Jackson, broadcast on national television named “Canale 5”, Tv program conducted by Mike Bongiorno; – 2008, “X-Factor”, in duet named “Fragole e Limone” with Metella Miglietti, broadcast on national television “Rai 2”, Tv program conducted by Francesco Facchinetti and Simona Ventura. Other informations: in 1995, under the name of art “Andrea Luna”, she signed a recording contract with BMG Italia, finished in 1998. In 1996, with this Major, she’s publishing her 1° disc “Una Storia tra di Noi”. Between 1995 and 1997 she performed in several italian television programs and began a tour in the most famous squares and most famous theaters in Italy. In 2000 she changed the name of art from “Andrea Luna” to “Luisa Jackson” and usually performs in various clubs in Rome and surroundings (Gilda, Gilda on the Beach, Piper Club, Alien, Cosmopolitan, Shangò, Distillerie Clandestine, Alpheus, Stazione Birra, Heaven, Qube, Alibi, Kursaal, Open Bar, Battistini, Barkabar, Il Corsaro etc.), in San Francisco – California – USA (The Cannery, Pier 39, Alioto’s, Notte, Sebastien Ent., Ghirardelli Square for Xmas concert in 2008, duet with John Legend) and Los Angeles – California – USA (The Bigfoot Lodge, Dragonfly, Baked Potato, The House of Blues, 51ht Grammy Awards al Staples Center).
