Jonathan (Johnny) DelToro’s first few complete compositions made up a set of pop songs, written when he was 14, one of which earned honorable mention and semi-finalist placing in the international “Song of the Year” songwriting contest. During highschool, a deep love for video games led Jonathan to find work at the “Gaming Academy” of Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, where he served as a programming instructor and handled the sound recording aspect of the program for multiple summers.                                                                                                                                         Johnny received a B.A. in Music at Bucknell University. He was selected to be the music director for “Two Past Midnight,” Bucknell’s original co-ed a cappella group, and his involvement with the performance scene in college created numerous freelance opportunities in vocal arranging, locally and internationally. On campus, Johnny wrote, remixed, and recorded music for dance companies, video projects, short films, documentaries, and various theatre related projects. His professional aspirations led him to study abroad at the Syndney Conservatorium of Music in Sydney, Australia. At the Conservatorium, Jonathan received additional training in sound recording and production environments, composed for live string ensembles, and took additional courses in advanced harmony and sound design.                                                                                                       Jonathan currently composes original music and sound effects for various video game ventures and short films, collaborating with multiple universities and independent production companies.
